Our current policy is maintained on our Policies page, and returns are generally accepted within 30 days under that policy. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email info@expressiontees.com with your order details and photos when useful.

How should I wash and dry my item to keep the print looking great?

Keep it as fresh as hot fries: Machine wash cold and inside out with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed, and tumble dry on medium. Do not iron and do not dry clean.

How is the design printed, and will the colors look exactly like the mockup?

We print every order after it’s placed using professional heat-press equipment and plastisol transfers. Everything is printed, packed, and shipped by our team in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania (just outside Philadelphia). Mockups match the intended size and placement, but screen and garment colors can make shades look slightly different in person.
